Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Perciva ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Perciva monitors how AI systems describe your brand or company in response to buyer-intent prompts and provides analysis, citations, and recommendations based on those results.

The Service is currently in alpha. It is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data completeness, or perfect accuracy of scan results.

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit knowingly false, misleading, or harmful data.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Resell or redistribute scan results as a competing service.

You retain ownership of the data you submit (brand names, domains, competitor information). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to operate and improve Perciva. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

The public snapshot feature provides a one-time, limited report at no cost. It is subject to rate limits and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Perciva, its branding, and the underlying technology are our property. Scan results generated for your projects are yours to use internally.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perciva and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to other users or our infrastructure. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
